• Our Designer Jewelry is made from the finest Gemstones, Gold and Silver.
• Special Orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
• Online Jewelry Orders can be returned within Ten (10) days of receipt in unworn condition with original Sales Receipt.
• Only a Store Credit or Exchange may be done.
  
• We Do Not Issue Credit Card Refunds.
  
• Exhanges must be of equal value.
• Any Credit issued Will Not Include original Shipping Charges or Gift Wrap.
• Merchandise Credits are good for Six (6) months.
  
• Please e/mail finelingerie@optonline.net for a Return Authorization# and Please Write your RA # on the Box to be returned.

• All of our Designer Lingerie, Bras, Panties, Bodywear and *Hosiery can be returned within ten (10) days of receipt for an Exchange or Store Credit.

• We Do Not issue Credit Card Refunds.
  

• Should you choose a merchandise store credit, it will expire Six (6) months from the date issued.
  

• Please Sign into your Customer Account and email us at: finelingerie@optonline.net to obtain a Return Authorization#.

• All returned items must be received in their original condition – Unworn, Unwashed, with their Original Tags attached.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns which may not meet hygiene and/or health regulations.

• Your Shipping Charges Will Not be refunded.

• If you choose to exchange an item - Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will ship to you through UPS Ground Shipping at No Additional Charge. Please make sure that when you ship back delicate items that they are packaged properly to prevent damage.
